Description
One 5″ x 10″ Carrot Cake Loaf, sliced into ten, one inch thick pieces. A rich and moist loaf that is made with grated carrots, crushed pineapple, cinnamon and walnuts. It’s not a cake, but a loaf, topped with a cream cheese flavored icing and sprinkled with more cinnamon.
